Today at about 2:20 P.M. a fire west of Belgrade and South of Manhattan was called in by an aircraft. On Sunday, July 8th,at approximately 5:00 pm the Manhattan Police Department responded to a report of a woman who had been held captive in her home.

The Manhattan Police Department requested an Agency Assist for investigation of the incident.

47 year old Richard Rowe and his 15 year old son need to move to Salt Lake City. Rowe needs a liver transplant, and has to move to Salt Lake to be on the list.

Richard is raising his son by himself and doesn't have the money to move, and pay for the overwhelming expenses that come with such a procedure.
