Since the Governor has cancelled schools for two weeks due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Grab-N-Go Bags that contain breakfast and lunch will be available to all students for pickup within a one – two hour time period in the morning at a site(s) that is to be determined. Gallatin Valley Food Bank will operate as the SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) Site Sponsor and contract with Belgrade School District for the meal production and distribution. District Staff will prepare and distribute these Grab-N-Go Bags at the Belgrade High School Kitchen, once it has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized during the closure. Food will be provided to our students through this method considering our food supplier, US Foods, is able to continue to deliver food to the district. This process will begin the week of the 23rd, since the first week of the closure is during our spring break.
Spectrum Communications will be offering free internet services to families with school children (kindergarten – college). The installation fee will be waived and it is valid for families that are not current Spectrum customers. Right now, Spectrum is looking to offer this service for 60 days.
To take advantage of this free offer, parents need to call this number below, follow the prompts to set up a new account, and let them know that they need internet service so their students can access instruction. Again, this offer is not available to those who already have internet service.

Governor Bullock directed Montana's public K-12 schools to close until March 27. During this time, schools will engage in planning to provide arrangements to provide free meals to students who need them, pursuant to a waiver obtained from the United States Department of Agriculture, and to provide for all other matters and services that students need in the event of future or ongoing closure. Schools will continue to receive all state funding during this two-week closure.
The Bozeman School District will work this week to see how we will deliver programs for our students. We will send out updates this coming week. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this dynamic time.
