The Nova Cafe was named the best breakfast spot in Montana, which is quite an honor when you consider all of the options available across the state.  Nove Cafe has an impressive menu that features not only traditional items but lots of creative options as well. Plus, they offer delicious baked goods as well as vegan-friendly options.

The cafe is open 7 days a week and their hours are from 8 am until 2 pm. Of course, there are other fantastic places to check out around Bozeman for breakfast as well. The Western Cafe, Jam, and Storm Castle Cafe are other popular choices.
