When it comes to the culinary scene, Bozeman is wide open.

From 5 Star to Mom and Pop. From sit down to Food Trucks, Bozeman has something for everyone. Plus, it seems like many Bozeman residents are pretty open minded when it comes to trying different types of food.

I bring this up because I was driving down North 11th the other day and noticed that the restaurant that used to be Paulie's, then turned into the Bozeman Market and Deli, is now Ollie's Deli and Dawgs. Which, as a hot dog fan, I'm super excited to hear the news. I loved Paulie's, and when it shut down, I, like many other locals wondered where I was going to get my hot dog fix.

Enter Ollie's.

Now, keep in mind that the rebranding and the name change happened a few months ago, but if you're like me and don't get over to the stadium area outside of Bobcat Football, you might have been unaware.

After a quick search, I found the website and the menu and I was excited to see that my beloved "Seattle Dog" is back. Of course, hot dogs aren't they only thing on the menu. They have both hot and cold sandwiches, plus breakfast and a sharable menu. Oh, and did we mention they also sell bear spray?

How Montana is that!
