Montana’s Best Burgers? Absolutely

Today is National Cheeseburger Day! A day that we celebrate one of the greatest culinary creations known to mankind. Think about it, is there anything better than a delicious burger covered in melted cheese?

As a lover of cheeseburgers, I'm always looking for the "next best burger" here in Montana, so when a couple of my co-workers told me about a place just outside of Bozeman, I decided to give it a try.

Boy, am I glad that I did. The three of us decided to head over for lunch and let's just say, I was not disappointed, in fact, it might be the best burger I've ever had.

If you're a burger lover, then you know that we've got some fantastic options across Montana. With the Burger Dive in Billings, The Road House in Great Falls, Wally and Buck's in Missoula, plus countless others, Montana is no stranger to a great burger.

Who has the best burger in Montana?

Lone Peak Provisions is located in Four Corners and on the outside appears to be a locally owned meat shop, however, inside you'll find some amazing food. Not only do they have delicious steaks and other meats for you to grill at home, but they also have a menu that includes a couple of burgers that are beyond delicious.

Lone Peak Provisions offers a smash burger and the Farmer's Only Burger, which I ordered and was blown away.  The Farmer's Only Burger comes with local beef, bacon jam, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, burger sauce, and a potato bun.

Let's just say, it was love at first bite.

Oh, and it's not just burgers on the menu, they also have other sandwiches which include a Ruban, Cubano, and a few other options. Did I mention that they make their chips? Yep, potato chips fried in beef fat and they're delicious.

Lone Peak Provisions also caters for events and offers meals to take home and cook, and they have meat pies!

I had the chance to meet the owner, Jeremy and he's a wonderful guy. Not only does he take pride in his creations, but he also has classes available that include a tasting menu.
