Belgrade School Bond Passes, Superintendent Pleased

A $48 Million elementary school bond for Belgrade was up for a vote by residents.  Ballots were sent out and locals had to weigh in on the bond for a new elementary school and plans for future expansion.

Superintendent Godfrey Saunders confirmed to us that the bond passed late Tuesday.

Saunders said he is "very grateful" and this will "do some things for our kids that will enhance their education and safety.  It was a team effort."
