Chick-fil-A Expands in Montana: New Locations Coming Soon

Chick-fil-A is expanding its presence in Big Sky Country and it's "my pleasure," to bring you the news!

Currently, Montana is home to four Chick-fil-A locations—Bozeman, Missoula, Kalispell, and Billings. If you’re a fried chicken fanatic (and let’s be honest, who isn’t?), get ready for some great updates!

Three more Chick-fil-A locations are possibly on the way, so you’ll soon have even more delicious chicky nuggies and all the dipping sauces to enjoy in Montana.

Butte

Big things are happening in Butte, with the Cornerstone Plaza soon to be built. According to a member of PF Management Group, they have owned the property for 2 years, have been in negotiations for over 9 years, and finally have all their ducks in a row to start the build.

Chick-fil-A will be one of the many chain restaurants that will fill the plaza. The grand opening will be sometime between July and September 2025.

Helena

Chick-fil-A has had its building equipment parked and ready to roll off Washington Street in Helena for quite a while now, and the city is buzzing with anticipation!

While some rumors have popped up about it not being built, there’s no solid evidence to back them up. In fact, there haven’t been any fee refunds requested, the building permit is still active, and the chain hasn’t given any signals of hitting the brakes on the project.

Helena is eagerly waiting for the project to start taking shape, and we’re all keeping our fingers crossed that progress is just around the corner.

Bozeman

Currently, Bozeman already has one Chick-fil-A located on the Montana State University Campus, but there may be another on the horizon. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has confirmed that they are in the early stages of a new location at I-90 and 19th Avenue.

The fast-food chain is still in the early stages and is working on approvals with the City of Bozeman.
