Best Milkshakes In Montana To Try This Summer
With Memorial Day Weekend marking the unofficial start of summer, a lot of us will be hitting the road to soak up the best of what Montana has to offer. And I don't know about you, but one of my favorite road trip splurges this time of year is a good ol' milkshake. There's just something about warm weather (or almost warm weather) and a cold, creamy shake that screams summer.
So, where can you find some of the best milkshakes in Montana? We've rounded up a few must-try spots. If you're out and about this long weekend, you might want to swing by and treat yourself.
Mark's In & Out Beefburgers – Livingston
This spot is about as classic as it gets. Open since 1954, Mark's is a true 1950s drive-in that's stood the test of time. They offer dozens of milkshake and malt flavors—mix and match however your sweet tooth desires. It's a staple for a reason.
Blindside Burger – Big Sky
If you're headed toward Big Sky, get ready for a milkshake experience that's way over the top. Their "Gnarly Milkshakes" aren't your typical treat. One fan favorite is the Donut Delite, stacked with raspberry donut cheesecake, a donut, vanilla frosting, teddy grahams, raspberry drizzle, whipped cream, and of course—cherry on top.
Street Burgers – Great Falls
Over in Great Falls, Street Burgers is home to the jaw-dropping "Phat Cowz" shakes. These look like they were made for Pinterest and sprinkled with some kind of milkshake fairy dust. Big, bold, and over-the-top—these are a full-on dessert experience.

So, where's your go-to spot to grab a milkshake in Montana? Do you like to keep it simple or go all-out with the toppings? Let us know HERE!
