Has This Popular Restaurant Chain Confirmed 4th Montana Location?

Well, well, well...is this a surprise to us Bozemanites? I mean, we should have seen this coming right? Now some will be happy about this, while some could think of 50 reasons why we DON'T NEED or WANT this business here.

It has been announced and confirmed via email, that the infamous Chick-Fil-A has announced that they ARE planning on coming to Bozeman.

Now, this information comes from an email to/from MTN News. I have contacted Chick-Fil-A for further comment and more specifics, but we know now that having a Bozeman location is in the works.

According to the emails, a Chick-Fil-A representative said the following:

While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location in Bozeman at I90 and 19^th Avenue- Chick-Fil-A, INC.

Apparently, Chick-Fil-A is "working its way through the City of Bozeman" approval process. However, the city of Bozeman's communication director does not know of a building permit being submitted for Chick-Fil-A.

So what does this mean? Is Chick-Fil-A coming to Bozeman or not?

I went to the Chick-Fil-A website and Bozeman is not under "future locations".

So what the heck is going on? It's been "confirmed" via email, but I would like to see it on their website. I will keep you updated on whether I hear back from the Chick-Fil-A representative.
