Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Bozeman Area

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Madison and Gallatin Counties from 9 a.m. Monday morning through early Tuesday.

With this advisory we can expect:

• 2 to 5 inches of snow possible
• 5 to 10 inches of snow for the mountains
• Winds gusting up to 40 mph
• Snow could accumulate as fast as one inch per hour
• Dangerously cold wind chill temperatures
• Patchy blowing snow
• Slippery road conditions
• Low visibility
• Difficult travel especially for mountain passes
