Fall is here, and winter is right around the corner. Time to start splitting firewood.

There's an old saying that goes, "Chop your own wood and it will warm you twice." Recently, I've learned that saying is very true. Even on cooler days you can break a sweat chopping wood. It's actually pretty therapeutic. It's good way to clear your mind, and get some exercise at the same time.

Snow will be here before you know it, and if there's one thing I've learned since moving to Montana; it's that it's never too early to start stocking up on wood.
