Montana Town Home To One Of The Best Chicken Sandwiches In The US
Who doesn't love a good 'ole sandwich?
From burgers to hot and cold subs, Rubens, grilled cheese, and cheesesteaks, fixin's, and bread seem to go together like peanut butter and jelly (also a terrific sandwich). Here in Montana, you won't find a shortage of delicious sandwich combinations. Several spots across Big Sky Country offer mouth-watering sandwiches.
However, when it comes to the ever-popular chicken sandwich, a small Montana town is home to one of the best in the country.
While always a staple, it seems like in the last few years, the chicken sandwich has become more popular than ever with popular fast food franchises such as Chick-fil-A, Popeye's, KFC, and others offering up their version. Plus, it seems that most non-chicken restaurants have one on their menus as well.
So where does one find the best chicken sandwich in Montana?
According to one food website, you'll find the very best in the northwest part of the state. However, before we reveal the town and restaurant, let's take a look at 5 Montana restaurants that Food Networks Guy Fieri needs to check out.

The food website My Frying Pan claims that the best chicken sandwich in Montana is located in Columbia Falls at Backslope Brewing. While the brewery/restaurant has an impressive menu, the fried chicken sandwich takes top billing.
The sandwich which includes pickle-brined chicken, house-made slaw, aioli, and a tomato glaze is a favorite for locals and tourists alike. Of course, there are several other fantastic chicken sandwiches across Montana. Montana Jack's in Missoula, Roost in Bozeman, and Sud's Hut in Helena just to name a few.
