What's the most expensive neighborhood in Montana?
While Montana has several expensive "neighborhoods" to choose from, according to one source, the most expensive neighborhood in Montana is one where the average home costs 2.62 million dollars.

The most expensive neighborhood in Montana is Gallatin Gateway.
I'm not sure that Gallatin Gateway is a "neighborhood" but according to the site, it takes the top spot in The Treasure State. Driving through the area, you can see houses in the hills, but according to rumor, more than one rich and powerful person calls the area home.
Taking a look at realty sites it seems you would have difficulty finding anything for under a couple of million in the area, so it seems that 2.62 number is spot on.
