This Montana Gem Serves Up World Class Food In A Gas Station

The kicker? Blue's BBQ is in a gas station. Yep, located at 523 Hilltop Road, not only can you fill up your car, you can fill up your belly with amazing smoked meats and sides.

While the location might be a bit odd, Blue's BBQ has been doing its thing for 30 years and has been part of the Billings culinary scene for the last 21. Of course, Blue's is just one of the barbecue joints in Billings. Famous Dave's and Dickey's both have locations in Montana's biggest city.
