Belgrade Median House Prices Up 4.2%

As more people move out of Bozeman in an attempt to find affordable housing in the Gallatin Valley, Belgrade continues to see housing prices rise as more people move to the city. According to the Big Sky Country Multiple Listing Service, the median house price in Belgrade is up nearly $15,000 since last year.

Here are some recent housing numbers for Belgrade released by Big Sky Country MLS through Sept, 2019.

Single Family Homes

Median Sales Price:  2018 - $330,000    2019 - $344,000

Average Sales Price: 2018 - $382,610    2019 - $399,517

Condo/Townhouse

Median Sales Price:  2018 - $221,000     2019 - $269,900

Average Sales Price: 2018 - $224,445    2019 - $263,100
