The Livingston Roundup announced that due to COVID-19 they have canceled the event scheduled for July 2nd through 4th. This would have been the 96th year of rodeo for the cowboys and cowgirls at the Park County Fairgrounds.

Even though the announcement is disappointing for many, they creatively announced the sad news with a little rodeo fun by stating "The COVID-19 got the best of us and threw the yellow penalty flag. No score."

With the announcement, they also recognized all the people who help make the event happen and stated

We would like thank the cowboys and cowgirls who supported us. Our fans, stock contractor, Announcer, barrel man, and all our sponsors. We will be refunding tickets. If you have any questions or concerns. Please contact our president Bruce Becker, Ticket Director Cathy Bosley, or Treasurer Peggy Glass.

The Livingston Roundup is expected to be back next year with all your favorite rodeo action, tradition, and fireworks.
