Two Rodeos to Enjoy This Weekend in SW Montana
Rodeo season is underway across Southwest Montana and this weekend the towns of Wilsall and Gardner will both be hosting events.
Wilsall Rodeo: Saturday & Sunday, June 15-16, at the Wilsall Rodeo Arena. Rodeo starts at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Events will include:
- Bareback Bronc Riding
- Bull Riding
- Barrel Racing
- Cowgirl's Breakaway Roping
- Saddle Bronc Riding
- Steer Wrestling
- Team Roping
- Kid's Barrel Race
In addition to rodeo events you can enjoy dancing Saturday night in downtown Wilsall, Fireman's breakfast on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and a parade at noon on Sunday in Walsall. Get your tickets by listening to XL Country or at the door for $10 for adults and $2 for kids under 12 years old.
Gardiner Rodeo: Friday & Saturday, June 14 & 15, at the Gardiner Rodeo Grounds. Both performances start at 6 p.m. Rodeo parade is on Sunday. Get your tickets the gate for $10 for Adults, $5 for kids (6-12), and kids under 5 are free.
