A local group in Butte is rolling up their sleeves to make 3,000 pasties for Our Lady of the Rockies.

Montana is obviously a big place, so it takes a lot of resources to cover such a vast territory. There are over 280 fire departments across the state, with the vast majority (80%+) being completely volunteer. No matter if they're career or volunteer, one of the most loved assets of fire departments? The fire stations themselves.

Montana is filled with giving folks who go above and beyond for different nonprofits, and now we see where we rank verses the other 49 states.

As warm weather approaches and people start to come out of hibernation after a long Montana winter, one of the best events of the summer is going to be in Bozeman from May 17th through the 19th.

Missoula is certainly not the only Montana city that has struggled with homelessness issues, but its Reserve St. bridge problems have been some of the most well-known.

City Commissioner, Terry Cunningham, and I have talked a lot in the recent week about what all of us need to know, what we can do and perhaps NOT do as the Bozeman area deals with the reality of COVID-19.

June 3rd from 8:30 a.m. to noon, a bunch of outdoor-loving folk will gather to help maintain trails in Gallatin Regional Park. The Main Street to the Mountains, as it were.
