Most every morning when I leave for work, I head to my local convenience store to grab a Diet Dr. Pepper. On the way there, I drive by what looks like a little make shift RV refuge and it appears to be growing...quickly. What started out as a couple of campers, has turned into multiple campers, a few motorhomes, and a tent or two.

For 28 million dollars you could be the new owner of the Crazy Elk Ranch in Three Forks. I realize that is a hefty price tag, but it's an amazing home. For starters, there are 8 Bedrooms and 9 Baths and over 9000 square feet on over 3700 acres and the views are breathtaking.

Bozeman residents are staying in campers, tents, and parking lots. When will just one rental company stand up and say, enough is enough?!

We all know what's the most expensive suburb in Montana and it's very close by.

If you own a house and are looking to sell, well this is a "Sellers" dream. with home prices increasing over 25% just in the last year. If you are like me and relocating to Bozeman, well, you might want to sit down before you start your search.

With the high housing costs of Bozeman, the beauty is often forgotten, but being a newcomer, there's so much to appreciate about where I live.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a bargain in Ennis, Montana these days if you're looking to avoid Bozeman's out of control prices. One of my favorite little towns on the planet is commanding some serious cash for major fixer-uppers.

For folks who think that housing prices in the Bozeman area are insane--and you're not wrong, by the way. . .
