WalletHub put together a list of 2020's Property Taxes By State and Montana was ranked on one of the lowest.

Montana hits the list at #20. The categories that Montana ranks low in are State Median Home Value and Annual Taxes on Home Priced at State Median Value.

We all know that isn't the case in the Gallatin Valley and in many parts of the state.

They also have a ranking for Vehicle Property Tax and Montana was one of the worst coming in at #33.
