When it comes to grocery shopping in Montana, which grocery store receives the highest customer satisfaction?

If you thought the opinions and rhetoric about Whole Foods coming to town was over the top, there's another luxury grocery chain that would make Bozeman's head explode if they ever decided to expand here.

NOW I understand why I've been seeing so many social media posts inquiring about local farm eggs. The grocery store shelves are nearly empty, often, and those that are available are a lot more expensive than they were just a few months ago.

This morning sucked. It sucked because of Montana's labor shortage. It sucked because I was put in an awkward position as a customer, but it wasn't anyone's fault.

On Monday, Ridge Run announced that the store will close at the end of the week.

Heeb's East Main Grocery, a part of downtown Bozeman since 1947, will be moving to a new location in January.

You'll soon be able to shop for groceries without leaving your vehicle in Bozeman.
