The historic flood of June 2022 destroyed roads, bridges, and homes across Montana. Four years later, many still remember the day floodwaters changed the state forever.

It almost seems like we went through all four seasons in a 12-hour period this past Sunday (7/24), at least in my Billings west end neighborhood.

The northern loop of Yellowstone National Park is expected to reopen sooner than anticipated.

The Yellowstone River is under a flood warning from the National Weather Service.

Due to high water levels, the National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for snowmelt.

A powerful thunder and rain storm moved through Bozeman, Thursday, causing some downtown streets to flood.

This advisory is in effect until 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday and will be affecting Gallatin, Madison, Jefferson, Broadwater, Lewis and Clark, Meagher and Beaverhead County.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the Jefferson River from Whitehall to Trident until further notice.
