Thanks to everyone who voted in our recent poll regarding Chase Rice. This past weekend, country singer Chase Rice was taking criticism--even from some of his fellow country artists--for holding a concert during our current pandemic.

Here's what Kelsea Ballerini posted on her Instagram page.

Imagine being selfish enough to put thousands of people’s health at risk, not to mention the potential ripple effect, and play a NORMAL country concert right now. @ChaseRiceMusic, We all want (and need) to tour. We just care about our fans and their families enough to wait. ‍♀️ https://t.co/eJaLnGu28k

Chase wasn't the only artist to take some heat. Chris Janson was also criticized by some who felt that concerts shouldn't be held right now.

Others replied to the criticism saying that those attending the show were not forced to do so.

Here's what some people posted on our XL Country Facebook page:

"All those made a choice to be there! Nobody held a gun to their heads! We all make our own decisions........Sing on!"

"Protests are encouraged and healthful but something fun is not !?!?"

". . . it is the non-mask wearers that are going to be responsible for shutting the economy back down again and ruining it for those of us willing to make the effort."
