Montana’s Favorite Star Wars Character: May The 4th Be With You

I wasn't very old when the first Star Wars movie came out, but I became a fan.

I went to the theater as a kid to see The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I had all of the cool Star Wars toys and action figures, only for my Mom to sell them for a few bucks at garage sale when I got older.

Of course a lot has changed since then. There have been 6 additional movies, plus spin-offs, back stories, front stories, and everything in between. However, it seems that every one of us has a favorite Star Wars character. For me, it has always been Han Solo, but, what about you?

According to the folks over at ACE, even the state of Montana has a favorite Star Wars character.

Who is Montana's favorite Star Wars character?

So who is it? Luke? Chewy? R2D2? Yoda? Actually, Montana's favorite Star Wars character is none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi the Jedi Master who not only trained young Anakin Skywalker, but also was instrumental in mentoring a young Luke Skywalker.

While Alec Guinness was the OG, a younger Obi-Wan was played by Ewan McGregor in the prequels and a single season show that documented his time between training Anakin and mentoring Luke.

It should be noted that it wasn't just Montana searching for Obi-Won, the Jedi Master topped the list of the most popular Star Wars character across the country with Grogu taking 2nd and Darth Vader coming in 3rd.
