Montana Cowboys Win World Titles at NFR

The state of Montana was represented well at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, held each year during the first full week of December in Las Vegas. Montana finished in the top in steer wrestling and tie-down roping. Here's how it shook out:

  • Ty Erickson from Helena - 1st in the world steer wrestling
  • Haven Meged from Miles City - 1st in world tie-down roping & 1st in the average
  • Bridger Chambers from Butte - 2nd in the world steer wrestling with 3rd in average at the NFR
