If there's one thing that takes the edge off of a hot summer day, It's a nice ice cold beer.

Tomorrow, August 30th, head to the Museum of the Rockies for Hops & History: Main Ingredient: Water - all great beer starts with great water! The event is happening from 5:30PM - 7:30PM. Water is a main ingredient that is often overlooked but plays a critical role in brewing.  Eric Campbell, Public Works Water Treatment Plant Superintendent for the City of Bozeman, will be on hand to show us how winter snowstorms turn into frosty, Gallatin Valley brews.

After exploring the importance water plays in brewing, join Madison River Brewing Company to learn about the magic ingredient - yeast! Explore how specific yeast varieties turn a mixture of grains and herbs into beer and ale.
