Keith Urban has agreed to be part of the 2011 edition of 'Tiger Jam,' a VIP concert and fundraiser in Las Vegas this spring spearheaded by the Tiger Woods Foundation that works to better educational opportunities for kids around the world.

This is the 14th year for the charity event, which has so far helped Woods raise over $12 million for young people across the world, giving them educational opportunities they would not normally have access to.

John Mayer is also slated to perform at the event, which takes place April 30 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Event host Tiger Woods said, “I’m thrilled these two talented musicians are joining us for Tiger Jam. We have had so much success with this event over the last 13 years and we are excited to continue that tradition.” More information about the charity can be found Woods’ official site.

Saturday night, following dinner and a series of live and silent auctions, Grammy winners Urban and Mayer will take the stage. Concert tickets start at $70 and will go on sale Saturday, Feb. 12 at all Ticketmaster locations.

Urban was beaming after his Academy of Country Music Award nominations were announced on Monday, promptly taking to his his Twitter to say,”Goodness gracious!!!!! Absolutely beaming hearing the news this morning about our ACM nominations…can’t wait to get to Vegas, and hopefully get the chance to actually “say” thank you.” He got nods for Top Male Vocalist, Vocal Event for “Blue Sky” with Emily West, and the coveted Entertainer of the Year award.
