The company Peg Perego recalled about 233-thousand of its strollers yesterday.

They say children can become trapped and strangled between their trays if not harnessed in.  Children most at risk are those less than a year old.

One death has already been reported, and one near death.  The Venezia and Pliko-P3 strollers with a child tray and one cup holder are included in the recall, and were made between January 2004 and September 2007.

Strollers with a bumer bar in front of the child or a tray with two cup holders aren't included.
