Home Owners Association, Love Them or Hate Them?
Do you live in a neighborhood with a Home Owners Association? One time, the HOA where I lived told me I couldn't repaint my trim the same green color because it wasn't acceptable!
And this was AFTER I had bought the house! When the place was built it was painted that particular shade of green. I was just re-doing it after building a new porch. HOA's. Love 'em or hate 'em? Sometimes they do good, sometimes they just bitch about everything!
