Hold Up! Bozeman Homes Under $500k? Better Hurry, They Won’t Last
Hear me out, I do realize $500k is still INCREDIBLY high and not that "reasonable" for most. BUT, here is my thought process and it isn't THAT crazy, I don't think. But please, let me know if it is, I love feedback.
Ok, so say you have lived here for a while, you bought your house you are in now for $250k, the kids are all grown up and you don't need as much space. Now you can sell your home for 5 times the amount you originally bought it for and finally travel the world like your significant other has been begging you to do.
Now, you can turn around and purchase one of these homes and still have cash money left over. DON'T FREAK OUT yet, I still have a logical plan that is beneficial for you guys.
So now you have a new (to you) townhome! Congrats! Now you rent that bad boy out! AND NOT FOR $4K a month! No, you become the beginning of a heroic pattern of people "taking back Montana".
Many people have stressed the housing situation, voiced that something/someone needs to take a stand, and this is where you can be that person/thing.
Townhouse #1:
According to Zillow, 3414 Laredo Dr, right here in Bozeman is a 3 bed, 2 bath and is just shy of 1400 square feet and is priced at $474,900.
Townhouse #2: Located at 315 N 19th Ave, this townhouse is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and almost 2000 square feet. So you have a nice amount of area to work with.
Condo #3: Last, but by far not the least, 20 Talon Way, is modern with some hints of rustic. An open living concept with a nice backyard for your furbabies.
So now the decision-making time, are you going to sell your home, pocket some cash, travel to the places you have always wanted to see and purchase one of these "reasonably priced" homes? Rent it for a FEASIBLE price and start the "Make Bozeman, Bozeman Again" trend?
