Life is hard, and sometimes little life-lesson phrases give us, at least for the moment, some hope that we can be in control of our lives. They give us something to shoot for and on some level, a game plan. For me personally, it's the implementation of these nuggets of wisdom that is the hard part. But I love hearing them . . .
