Is This The Most Unique Home In Montana?
In the cute town of Ennis, MT there is a home that is "unique" to say the least, located at 19 Badger Rd.
Whenever I take road trips, I like to look and see how much rent is and what home prices are in the towns I pass through. Mainly because Bozeman is so outrageous, I like to think that not every town is like that.
Well, to no surprise, most of Montana is basically over priced. So don't feel bad Bozeman, there aren't many towns cheaper than ours.
For a little under $3M, you can own one of the most unique Montana homes I have seen to this day.
Over 15,000 square feet, this home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
I'm a bit confused of the layout, but the description states that the building below is three levels with the bottom being a perfect shop area, with a little over 6000 square feet available. Boasting four industrial sized doors leading to it makes it perfect for a manufacturing business or whatever else would be ideal with easy access.
The second level is 6048 square feet and hosts the living space with a master and two bedrooms, and a large living area.
Now the top floor is 3456 square feet and is smothered in sunlight making it perfect for inside gardening or whatever you might like. I guess, use your imagination?
Now the other building on the property has potential, but was built for the purpose of whatever you choose. An office, school, retreat, again, use your imagination.
Solar and wind energy systems are already in place, so if living off the grid is in your master plan, look no further.
What do you think? Is $2.9M too much for this home? Or is it what you have been dreaming of?
