Yes, it's time to change your clocks again this weekend. Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, so make sure you set your clocks ahead one hour on Saturday night before you go to bed.

The local fire department also suggests you change out your batteries in your smoke detectors at least twice a year, so Daylight Savings Time is always a good time to remember to do that, too.

The good news about Daylight Savings Time is that the days will now be getting noticeably longer. The downside is our internal clocks are going to be a little off for a few days.

How do you remember which way to turn the clocks during Daylight Savings Time? Spring forward, Fall back!

My personal reason why I love changing the clocks on Daylight Savings Time? It means the Masters is only a few weeks away!
