Belgrade country songwriter Kostas Lazarides was inducted Monday into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. Kostas wrote the Patty Loveless #1 song "Timber, I'm Falling in Love," in 1989. He also wrote the hit song "Ain't That Lonely Yet," for Dwight Yoakam, and has written songs for Martina McBride, the Dixie Chicks, Jo Dee Messina, Sammy Kershaw, and Travis Tritt.
