4 New Businesses Belgrade, MT Could Easily Benefit From
One of the latest towns on the watch for growth is Belgrade. Just down the road from Bozeman, Belgrade has seen significant growth over the last couple of years and it's partly because housing prices are a tad bit lower than they are in Bozeman, but you can still be within a short distance.
As Belgrade grows, there have been numerous business proposals for areas of Belgrade that would hopefully help the residents and the economy.
Which businesses have applied for the building permits has yet to be announced, but I know there are a few that some of the residents of Belgrade would like to have. Plus, Bozeman traffic is continuing to get more and more annoying.
4 Businesses That Belgrade Would Benefit From Having
1. Walmart/Target. Having some sort of 'super store' in Belgrade would help out a lot of families that are constantly having to drive into Bozeman to get everything they need at one store would be so convenient.
2. Movie Theater. Driving into Bozeman doesn't seem like that big of a deal until you want to catch a 7PM movie. Or the kids want to go and see a movie with their friends. Do you try and find something to do in Bozeman while they are at the movie or do you drive back and forth wasting time and gas? It would be much better to drive them to the movie, run home get some things done, and just run back and pick them up quickly.
3. Bowling Alley. Family fun night or a birthday party, either way, having a bowling alley in Belgrade would provide a few more jobs and add some fun to the town with out having to make the 45 min round trip drive into downtown Bozeman.
4. Restaurants. Belgrade has some really great options already for eating out, but to add a couple more wouldn't be a terrible idea. Your Saturday morning breakfast waits wouldn't be as long.
Some may not agree with this list, but from the people I have spoke to, they would greatly benefit from any if not all of these.
