Three Cops Disciplined for Having Sex in City Hall, on Duty

Three different police officers in Billings have admitted to having sex with the same female department employee either while on duty, or on city property, in four different incidents. The men were disciplined and acknowledged that some of the encounters occurred in the city hall basement.

One officer said it happened during his lunch break and a second officer said it also happened while he was on duty. The third officer was apparently off duty. The encounters occurred between 2013-2016.

Police Chief Rich St. John confirmed that the men were suspended last month. Media organizations wanted the officers' names, but the officers are asking a judge to keep their names private to spare their families from more pain and suffering.
