The 29th Annual Parade of Homes Goes Virtual
There's no doubt that the 2020 version of SWMBIA's Parade of Homes will be different because of COVID-19. For one, you won't be able to visit the homes in person. But you will still be able to experience each and every amazing home thanks to state-of-the-art 3D Virtual Tours. These tours are so high-def that it feels almost as if you're actually standing in the home you're viewing.
There are seven homes located in Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, and the Paradise Valley to tour, and another addition this year is that you'll have more than one weekend to see the homes. In fact, you have the entire month of October.
Crystel Fielder, SWMBIA's Chair of the Board, says this year's featured homes "offer a variety of amenities, design options, price points, and locations that help enhance the community we live, work, and play in. You will have the opportunity to view well-crafted homes as well as see a beautifully planned development."
The 2020 Parade of Homes is made possible by SWMBIA (Southwest Montana Building Industry Association) and their major sponsors: Ferguson Bath Kitchen and Lighting, Simkins Hallin, and American Land and Title. Additional sponsors include Kenyon Noble, Stockman Bank, Security Title Company,
