St. Jude Radiothon Starts Thursday Morning on XL Country

Our St. Jude Country Cares Radiothon will be this Thursday and Friday, and already people are lined-up to help out! What a great and giving community I have moved to! Bozeman, thanks to all of you who have already volunteered to help us out with this year's St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Radiothon.

We have people ready to man the phones; we have people ready to shave their heads; and we have people already prepared to make donations. Our goal of raising $150,000 is a large one, but from the generosity I've witnessed so far, I see no reason why we can't make that happen! Are you with us?

If you're a business, how about challenging other like-businesses to match your pledge?  Imagine the money we could raise if every business donated (it's a tax write-off!) only a few hundred dollars. If you're a waiter or bartender, how about donating your tips for those two days? Kids, how about collecting change from your schools? This is a community effort! XL Country is merely the facilitator.

And remember, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital does not charge a dime for the services it provides. And they share their cancer discoveries (again FOR FREE) with hospitals all across the country. A cancer patient in Bozeman directly benefits from the research being done at St. Jude.
