Love Story Example:
I was hosting a Halloween costume contest for the radio station I was working for at the time. A young lady walked in dressed as Super Girl. I don't think we really even talked that night, but I sure remembered her. A few weeks later, she called in to my radio show and won some concert tickets. I said, "who is this?" And she replied, "Candice. I was Super Girl at the Halloween party."
"Oh, I remember you!" I said. We ended up going out to dinner soon after and we've been with each other ever since. I wonder if she still has that Super Girl costume? - Dave Wooten
Jon and I first met through mutual college friends in Laramie, Wyoming. On a Friday night, while swing dancing at The Cowboy, Jon approached me and challenged me to dance with a friend who had not found a dance partner yet that evening. After dancing with the other guy, I told Jon that he owed me a dance in payment for the favor. We cleared the floor with synchronized swing dance moves and flips. I was overwhelmed because it felt like we had been dancing together for years. At the end of the dance, I quipped to Jon “Call me when you're single!” That's exactly what he did and the rest is history. We are now happily dancing down the road of life together. - Ally
