Scramble for Ethiopia is a 14K, 4 mile or Childrens Run happening this Saturday.  Money raised will help build a well in Ethiopia.

In Ethiopia, people travel an average of 4 miles to get water.   Its something we take for granted every day.  Children get sick because of bad water, miss school because of water collection - and families suffer tremendously.  Here's some details for Saturday.

15K RACE

The 15K individual race will start promptly at 8:00 am at The Commons at the corner of Baxter and Love Lane. The 15k race will run through Black Bull and make a loop around on Monforton School Road, including an equal mix of road and trail running. This race will offer spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains. The 15k race is a competitive race with a cash prize for the top male and female runners.

4M RACE

The 4 mile run/walk will start at 8:30 am at The Commons at the corner of Baxter and Love Lane. The 4 mile race will run through Black Bull and finish back at The Commons. This race will offer spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains. The 4 mile race can be run as a competitive race with a cash prize for the top male and female runners. We also encourage all levels of runners and walkers. Strollers are allowed but must start in the back.
