People are used to seeing animals at rodeos and fairs, but imagine someone's surprise when they come face-to-face with a Longhorn steer on a city sidewalk.

This happened last week when a Longhorn steer that was a part of the Brand Cattle Drive through downtown Colorado Springs bolted. After surprising some people and even entering a building, a header and heeler wrangled the Longhorn, much to the relief of many people in the immediate area.

The cattle drive is part of the The Ride for the Brand Ranch Rodeo, which has been taking place for 16 years in Colorado Springs. Watch below.
