For most people, the goal is to live a long, healthy, and happy life. Over the years, advancements in medical technology have significantly increased life expectancy. In 1970, the average lifespan was around 70.8 years. Fast forward to 2022, and it has risen to 77.5 years.

Certain regions, known as "Blue Zones," are home to populations that consistently surpass average life expectancy. These places include Ikaria, Greece; Loma Linda, California; Nicoya, Costa Rica; Okinawa, Japan; and Sardinia, Italy. Their residents seem to defy the odds of aging, which naturally raises the question—what about Montana?
