So, drinking a decent amount of coffee isn't all that bad for you... Sounds good to me!  Poor me another cup.  Come to find out, there is a healthy amount of coffee to drink per day, but be careful.... Don't drink too much coffee!

A new study out of the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research has found that it's good for you to drink exactly FOUR cups of coffee a day.  No more.  Maybe a little less, but not TOO much less.


At four cups, the good chemical compounds in coffee help decrease your risk of heart disease and diabetes.  And drinking four cups of coffee can also help you lose weight.

At LESS than four cups, you don't get the full health benefits.


And at MORE than four cups, the researchers found you actually begin to see NEGATIVE health effects and MORE risk of gaining weight.
