American Idol's live virtual audition tour ‘Idol Across America" is underway and your chance to audition in Montana is Friday, August 26. If you want to audition, you need to sign up while you still have time. Audition dates in other states have filled up fast.

To be eligible for American Idol, you must be born on or between June 2, 1993, and September 15, 2007. Read the full list of requirements here.

This is your chance to sing for American Idol producers and represent Montana!

Here's how to audition for American Idol in Montana:

• First, you need to register on the online audition website. You'll have to answer a series of questions (video and text) and then record your singing performance.

• Submit your audition video: Please be sure to include your name and the title of the song that you will be singing. You have until 11:59 PM (PT) on October 15, 2022, to submit your video. You must be at least 15 years old as of September 15, 2022, to audition.

• What if you're selected?: If you are selected for a callback, you will be contacted by an AMERICAN IDOL® producer via phone or email.
