Havre is also home to 'The Underground Town".
Back in 1904, a fire destroyed much of the business district in downtown Havre, so many businesses decided to go underground. While several of these businesses were legit, a few were a little more...questionable.

Some of the more questionable businesses include a brothel, opium dens, and the underground area was also used to smuggle alcohol during prohibition. In fact, they have their own website, which includes a little about the history as well as the chance to book tickets for a tour.
