With teams from as far away as Florida and Canada, this is a barbeque lover's dream.

The event takes place Friday evening and Saturday. Friday is a time for folks to come out, enjoy different dishes, and listen to live music while helping out the folks at the YMCA. The Friday Night event is always popular as folks purchase "BBQ Chips" and then go and use the chips as payment for the different dishes.

Another fun event will be the rib eating contest that is sponsored by Texas Roadhouse.

For those looking to purchase chips, you can do so at all three Kenyon Noble locations (Bozeman, Belgrade, and Livingston) you can also purchase the chips at the YMCA. Oh, and here's a pro tip, get the chips before the event so that you can be in line at 5 pm when the event starts.

That way you don't miss out on any of the dishes that are available.

Saturday is competition day, as the teams will compete to win the crown. There will be classes taking place by some of the vendors and the teams will be selling their product after the competition concludes. It will also be a time to meet the different teams, ask questions, and just have fun with some world class barbeque.
