My Daughter Would Kill Me If She Knew I Was Sharing These Embarrassing “Kid-isms”
My oldest, Emma, turns 10 today. Double digits! How did this happen so quickly?
I remember the day I found out I was pregnant with her...the day the doctor told me I was having a little girl...the day I went into labor, and of course, the moment I held her in my arms.
I truly didn't know I could love so much. It was overwhelming, and has just gotten stronger and better every day. I would spend hours just holding her and staring at her.
I like who she is. She is kind and generous, and has a good soul. She cracks me up, too.
A couple of favorite memories:
When she ran into the room at age 2, saying, "Mommy! Mommy! Daddy has a tail and he can pee with it!"
When I had Gracie, and she was disappointed it wasn't a black baby boy. She wanted to name him George.
Tell me one of your favorite "kid-isms!"
