Dave Doesn’t Know What This Tool Is. . . Do You?

Growing up there was always one of these hanging in the garage or in the shed for when we needed to use it.  I actually own two of these and always know where they are.

I asked Dave Thursday morning if he knew what it was. . .  Dave had no idea!  He has never seen one and doesn't know what the tool is used for.  I figured XL Nation would definitely know what this tool is and have one.
