Honestly, I could see Montana having some problems with this but we will have to see what happens.

So the lottery in Montana is pretty popular. Whether it's Mega Millions, Powerball or the Montana Lottery. Many folks hoping to possibly instantly becoming an multi-millionaire but a lot of the money from the lottery also goes towards great state programs here in the state of Montana.

When I was in Idaho last week, I found out that the Powerball is going international by adding countries such as Australia and the United Kingdom. These countries, the United States and some U.S. territories will now be playing for the Powerball jackpots and some folks in Idaho weren't too happy that there is a possibility that a huge jackpot could go to places that are very anti-gun and Idaho is withdrawing from the Powerball in August 2021.

So that got me thinking, how would Montanans feel about this expansion and if whether or not we should get rid of the Powerball in Montana as well. Listen, I am all for bigger jackpots and the possibility of winning but this has me wondering if this affects the taxes from the Powerball that helps funds many of Montana state projects.

From public schools, veterans and more the Powerball helps fund these endeavors but how do you feel about the possibility of the Powerball not being just an American lottery anymore?

Let us know how you feel.
