Cancer Support Community

Kid support is a 10 week peer support group for kids in our area, age 4 to 12, who have a parent, grandparent, other family member or friend with cancer, or for children who have cancer themselves.

Using a variety of art activities, poems, stories, cartoons and games, children are able to get support, ask questions, express difficult feelings and share common experiences that will help them better adapt to cancer's presence in the home.
